CleanPilot UK Ltd holds valid Public Liability Insurance to provide protection for both our clients and our business while services are carried out.

We take great care when cleaning all items and properties. However, customers are advised that certain materials, fabrics, or surfaces may already be weakened due to age, wear, previous damage, or improper maintenance. CleanPilot UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions or deterioration that becomes apparent during or after cleaning.

We accept responsibility for any direct damage caused by proven negligence during the course of our work, subject to the terms and limitations of our insurance policy.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any known fragile, delicate, or high-value items prior to service
